Product Overview
The Model 454 is a microprocessor ​based gas monitor for measuring mid to high concentrations of ozone in oxygen or air. Available in a standard DIN panel mount configuration with a 4-digit LED display, the compact design provides ease of mounting and installation.​
The 454 series is available in full scale ranges from 0-5% w/w to 0-25% w/w, 0-100 g/Nm3 to 0-500 g/Nm3​, and is factory calibrated in accordance with International Ozone Association standards. The measurement principle is based on the absorption of UV light at 254nm. As the sample containing ozone flows through the absorption cell, it is exposed to UV light at the 254nm wavelength. The amount of absorption by ozone is measured by a narrow bandwidth UV detector.

A reference detector measures the lamp output to compensate for changes in light intensity. This method, using a narrow spectrum UV source and a narrow bandwidth detector, provides excellent performance and stability without requiring additional UV filters.
The 454 series includes temperature and pressure compensations that produce measurements which are normalized to standard conditions. A front panel keypad displays concentration or cell pressure, while LEDs indicate monitoring status. The units employ a state-of-the-art microprocessor design to provide accurate, dependable monitoring of the ozone process.​​

What is the maximum amount of tubing I can use to transport ozone to the analyzer?
30 feet of tubing would be the maximum length of tubing recommended.

Warranty Information
Seller warrants that all Products will conform to the Specifications and will be free from defects in material workmanship and programming. Claims for Products not complying with this warranty shall be submitted by Buyer no later than 12 months from delivery date to Buyer. Seller shall promptly repair or replace, at its option and expense, non-complying Products. The shipment of non-complying Products by Buyer to Seller, and the return shipment of repaired or replacement Products by Seller to Buyer shall be at Seller's expense, unless it shall be determined that Buyer returned a Product that was in compliance, in which case such cost shall be borne by Buyer and, if paid by Seller, these expenses shall be reimbursed by Buyer within thirty (30) days of notice by Seller. Buyer shall receive a credit for any non-complying Products returned for repair or replacement. All non-complying Products shall be returned to Seller (at its offices or as otherwise instructed) no later than 30 days as of the date the non-compliance of any such Product has been discovered. Seller is NOT responsible for any/all damages suffered to the Products that is caused by the Buyer. Such as but not limited to damage by wrong electrical current, damage through crush or dropping the product, damage through untrained users of Product, damage through improper operations.
