OZONE TESTING
GAS PHASE OZONE EXPOSURE TEST:
Ozone Solutions offers ozone exposure testing for various applications, including custom. The testing can determine how compatible materials are with ozone gas. We can also simulate an accelerated aging process with the presence of ozone gas. Ozone Solutions can adjust the testing needs of our customers.
- The concentration of the ozone gas is regulated via a UV ozone analyzer, thus ensuring a stable ozone environment throughout the performed tests. Standard test levels range from 0.1 – 1,000 ppm. Ranges higher than 1,000 ppm can be arranged as requested.
- Tests can be short-term (minutes) or long-term (days or months) to fit your needs.
- Each ozone exposure test is unique. Your requests will determine the price.

Liquid Phase Ozone Exposure Test:
The samples will be exposed to aqueous, or water infused with ozone for this testing. Samples can be in liquid or solid form. Ozone Solutions is capable of customizing tests for your needs.
