Ozone Solutions Acquires Ozark Technologies to Deepen Commitment to Food Processors
HULL, IOWA – February 1, 2021 - Ozone Solutions, a pioneer in ozone disinfection technology and ozone system design, today announced the acquisition of Ozark Technologies of Poulsbo, WA, a leader in safety innovation for the food processing industry. The addition of Ozark Technologies will enable Ozone Solutions to better meet the needs of food processors in the Western United States.
The agreement will also amplify Ozone Solutions’ customer-centric vision by strengthening their manufacturing and service capabilities. By integrating an enhanced web-based telemetry software system, customers will be able to access timely and relevant system data to reduce downtime and improve system performance.

Ozone Solutions will assume all customer and service contracts, providing technical support and ongoing service and parts fulfillment for Ozark Technologies’ customers and equipment. Ozone Solutions will also retain a presence in the Seattle area, adding to their existing presence in Florida and Connecticut and their operational sites in Iowa, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Canada, and upcoming Texas location.
